Our home building packages start from R 250 000 to R 50 000 000+ for a well-appointed house with a high standard of finishing inclusive of all costs such as legal fees (bond and transfer), electrical and water connections, all professional fees, NHBRC enrolment fees etc. Packages vary depending on the type of plan in terms of size, architectural style and schedule of finishes, and the stand that you have chosen. However what we assure our valuable clients is that; for every package we offer our clients, we make sure they pay less than they ever would with any other construction company, and we’re always prepared to do that to the point where we’d even take from our own profits just to give our clients quality services at affordable prices.
